What Our Patients Say

I have been told my nerve damage is permanent; is that true?

Traditional views often claim nerve damage is irreversible, but modern research and our patient results show that nerve damage is reversible when treated properly.

Why haven’t I heard about these treatments from my primary doctor?

Most general practitioners are limited to pharmaceutical options like gabapentin; they may not be aware of specialized restorative technologies that help the body naturally repair the nerves.

Will I have to take heavy medications with side effects?

No. Our restorative programs focus on non-drug and non-surgical neuromodulation and wellness approaches to improve nerve health without side effects.

Is this a “scam” or is it FDA approved?

This is a fully legitimate, science-backed chiropractic treatment. Rather than relying on chemical ‘drugs,’ our approach utilizes advanced, non-invasive physical therapies designed to stimulate your body’s natural healing processes. You can have peace of mind knowing that all the state-of-the-art technologies and equipment we use to administer your care are fully FDA-cleared and operate under strict safety and quality protocols.

Why doesn’t insurance cover this?

Insurance does not cover our treatments because they are all natural and do not require pharmaceuticals. However, we do have flexible and very affordable payment plans available for you.

What does a “Severity Evaluation” entail?

The initial visit includes a full medical history review, a full in-depth exam, and a one-on-one consult with our expert medical team.

I’m afraid of needles; are they used in treatment?

Our neuropathy protocols are non-invasive. we don’t use needles.

I am on Metformin for diabetes; can I still be treated?

Yes, though Metformin can sometimes contribute to neuropathy. We offer a specific program to offset these side effects while you undergo nerve therapy.

What should I wear to my appointments?

Please wear loose-fitting pants that can be rolled above the knee so we can easily access treatment sites without requiring you to undress.

What is the success rate for this type of care?

About 90% of our patients experience a significant long-term reduction in pain and symptoms.

What is the Priority Care Upgrade and do I need it?

The Priority Care Upgrade is an optional way to prepay your consultation, which helps reserve your appointment time and gives you priority access on the day of your visit.

Patients who choose Priority Care receive:

• Priority check-in with minimal waiting

• Extended consultation time

• Faster access to next steps, if care is recommended

You do not need to upgrade to be seen — your standard consultation is still available without prepayment.

The Priority Care Upgrade is not an extra fee.

It is simply the cost of your consultation paid in advance, and is applied directly to your visit.

Many patients choose to prepay because it:

• Helps secure their appointment time

• Reduces waiting on the day of their visit

• Allows us to prioritize their care and scheduling

Our goal is to make the experience smooth, respectful of your time, and as valuable as possible.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can adjust our schedule. With proper notice, your prepaid consultation can be rescheduled or credited toward a future visit. Missed or same-day cancellations may result in forfeiture of the consultation fee due to reserved appointment time.
